It was all of one week between the phone interview/interview offer to interview date for me. When Heather called, they didn't have any other interviews scheduled, so I did feel some pressure to get to this one. They do have other interview classes scheduled now. Paperwork was pretty minimal. There's a behavioral assessment that you do online that takes 15 minutes or so, and they have you fill out a job application to bring with you. They also want to see your logbook.
