As far as I’m aware, the sim is still very much happening. I could be wrong, but I’m like 95% sure.
I'll push it to 100%... Just had a friend go through last week and he was in one of the Challenger sims for his interview in Dallas. I went through my interview process last year in Orlando and did the sim in a very finicky Lear 31a sim. I hated that thing...lol!

The sim you get is whatever is available on that particular day.

Best of luck to those applying!

Have reason to believe this forum is so quiet most of the time is because a majority of the pilots with Flexjet are pretty content and just go about their days doing what they enjoy while supporting their families for the most part, instead of voicing issues with the place. Met some good folks. Maybe overly naive of my part, but I'm too old to care much whether FJ will be a sound catalyst to my next job or not. Just looking for a place to finish out a career doing what I enjoy and do it with some good people.. And Flex jet seems like the place for that. Best..
