We do 13x28 day bid periods in a year. The average is 15.5 days per bid period. So either 202xthe daily rate or, if you are a 16 day per bid period bidder, 208xthe daily rate. Traditionally, we have always said you can add 10% for hourly overtime as well.
Also, I’m not an SIC, so I am not typing that one for you. Maybe one of our SIC’s will take care of that…

Ive been averaging 14-15 days a month as an SIC. Also, someone correct me if im wrong, but are we seriously not getting the new pay increase until March 1st? That's kinda sh!tty

Don’t get me wrong, Flexjet is a very good place to work, and the compensation is better than most, but in this market those than can go elsewhere will, and this won’t change that a bit.

You’re not wrong on either count. The new pay scale is nice, but the lack of addressing the #1 topic from the pilot group (FDP/Bonus structure) and delayed implementation of the pay scale will do absolutely nothing to stem the tide of departures nor will it help us remain competitive in hiring. The material from management said they were focused on making our base pay higher than the competition which they did, but it’s a useless metric when you take into consideration the total compensation packages. There’s still no arguing that FX is lagging behind QS, let alone the majors.
