With PBS, what’s the max bid length? I’m one of those weird guys that likes a 15/13 type schedule. Less driving back and forth to base per month, and plenty of quality time at home with the kids on off days.

Also, their website advertises 195 days of work / year. Does that 195 days include any time off benefits, or in addition to time off? I understand FJ uses PTO instead of vacation/sick days.

8 days is what our current software maxes out on but scheduling will work with you too manually build a schedule that exceeds 8 days if you request it. Personally I can't imagine doing 15 14/10s with 3-5 leg days in a row. I have set a limit of 7 days in a row for the sake of fatigue management. To each their own I guess.

YMMV: If you have a diverse resume with good flight times, there is a good chance you are not whom they are looking for. When recently interviewing, it became clear rather quickly that they were too nervous that I might end up elsewhere, despite being as forthcoming as possible about my intentions to remain at FlexJet for a very, very long time. Good luck to everyone applying.

TexasLonghorn what's your average schedule end up looking like? Number of days on per trip vs number of days off per trip?

Asking for a family member. Does Flex offer vaccine exemptions for new hires?
I searched before posting but I didn’t find anything.
Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what it is you're asking, but my usual trip length is 6-7 days and anywhere from 3-6 days off in between. I'll get the odd reserve at home for day 1 but that's rare so I'd say I'm gone and working 95% of the scheduled trip days. Did that answer your question?

Vaccine is highly encouraged but not required for employment and will not disqualify your family member from getting hired on if they don't have it.

Are there any scheduling options for 4 day trips?
The fractional type of flying intrigues me but having kids at home make 7 or 8 days on pretty much a no go.

You can bid it but you most likely will never receive it unless you have a training event.
