Did a little work with recruiting at an event. The “interview” they do at events is in lieu of the initial phone screen. You still have to go do DAL to do the in person/sim.
As far as I’m aware, the sim is still very much happening. I could be wrong, but I’m like 95% sure.

Just had a friend go through last week and he was in one of the Challenger sims for his interview in Dallas. I went through my interview process last year in Orlando and did the sim in a very finicky Lear 31a sim. I hated that thing...lol!
The sim you get is whatever is available on that particular day.
