People can refuse pay cuts and I agree they are not needed. That being said consolidation is among us and standing your ground is the best way to shrink into oblivion.
So your "argument" is they are just giving out $5000.00 bonuses because management is nice? They don't really need pilots at all, and the bonus money being used to fill the seats is just a giveaway since they don't really want or need any new first officers in the first place?
What are they staffing for since they don't need to hire anyone with all the 50 seat jets that are leaving??
I guess they just want to add new pilots to the payroll to increase their cost...
