I can help ya out:

1) 401k begins right away. They match 50% up to 6% plus an additional 2-4% based on your age and time with company, regardless if you contribute anything.

2) 7/7 is available for anone to bid. However, it goes pretty senior so you won't get it anytime soon.

3) Yes, we have Aetna...for now. With the buyout, we're still waiting to see what it will be. Currently, the family plan is $107/paycheck and we get paid every two weeks. They offer both a POS and HSA plan...for now.

4) You would be paid a salary of 16 days per "month." We have 13 bid periods per year. Each is 28 days with payday being every other Thursday, or every two weeks. Each check would contain pay for 8 days plus per diem. They pay for hotel as well. No sharing rooms, either.

5) $309 is the new-hire rate, I believe. After training, you'll bid a schedule that will vary from usually 14-18 days per bid period. Each bid period contains two paychecks so you take your number days and divide by two and that's how you plan your paychecks. Per diem is paid with each check, too.
