maybe you should correct your ignorance in some of the facts, psa is not a contract carrier, they are a wholly owned, like eagle, and then lumping pdt (also a wholly owned) in a separate group with wisky (who is a contract carrier) shines a little light on your lack of knowledge on some basic relationships in this situation

wholly owneds: (ie; part of a hundreds of millions of dollars profitable company)
pdt, psa (us)
eagle (aa)

contractors:
every one else
