Every airline has low time pilots. Some might allow lower time pilots than others but, we all go through the same training. If they cant cut it then they are let go.

I have a hard time understanding why half the people on this website even participate. They act like a bunch of arrogant, cry baby middle school kids. They argue over everything they read. This is a forum for conversation not a B**ching session. People need to grow up.
