I knew someone that interviewed for an FA position with AA and they had a video interview portion as well. The video interview is not with a live person on the other side. You simply record yourself answering a set of predetermined questions. However, if you have video/audio difficulties you can opt to have someone call you and simply do the same interview with a live person on the other side via telephone.
