As the experienced guys above have said, your current equipment type isn't going to do jack for you at AA. At which incorrect point in time did you think I was applying? I'm going off of what I've read from other people's experiences. IMO, RJ Captains today are more of a dime a dozen than guys with Boeing/Airbus time regardless of PIC or SIC. Good luck to you, I don't have a dog in the fight of who gets called.
