Not sure everyone posting about AA's hiring gates said that. The posts refuted - AB time = +++ = move ahead of others.

Flying a larger jet, like a 150,000 lbs+ jet vs. an RJ/CRJ, IMO, has some value. It's a slight plus. It won't be a deal breaker.

I'd think they'd put more value in TPIC time, Part 121 CA time, CKA/IP time, and the breadth of experience.
