Interesting. In a former life many years ago I worked as a van driver/front desk person at the Sheraton where the SouthWest crews stayed and there were no special restrictions on departure times.
Checkout time was 1100 if I remember and there were no crews coming in for the night until much later in the afternoon. Our housekeeping staff hadn't even come in as early as some of those crews left. I hated the early mornings! I probably wouldn't do well with those early morning departures; the few I fly now drain me, I'd much rather fly later into the night.
