The issue is the complete lack of leadership by multiple MEC Administrations. Show me one DALPA communication over the past 10 years where DALPA made a strong case, or any case at all, for restoration. It just doesn't exist. If you can find one, please post it.
Good post, my reply to that would be our negotiators try and get the most $ out of Mgmt each and every time, to think otherwise is ludicrous.
