You've proved my point. In your previous post you said that your LEC reps have used the term restoration. Okay. But the only case you've seen the MEC make is "to get as much as they can," which in reality translates to "as much as management is willing to give us."
There's a
HUGE difference between those two positions. Therein lies the problem.
