I've always know PenAir as a great place to work. If you want to stay in ANC then do it. Great QOL, good equipment, and not too many DB pilots. A very safe and rewarding flying gig. I hear BOS is good too but not a fit for everyone. You could always look across the street at ACE and drive 1900's. They definitely are the bottom feeders on the field but a new pay scale ($30/$35/hr FOs / $60-$80/hr Capt) makes it a better place and is attracting a lot more resumes. Definitely worth acquiring about. I hear they are actually giving guys days off and upgrade time is fast (12-18 months depending on your TT). They're CASS and you don't need an ATP to sit in the right seat. I flew there and got well over 1200hrs per year. You'll do a lot of unloading but the destinations are always exciting.
