They're not where you should be striving to be at. The majors is the end game and I believe that Mesa will be a great stepping stone to them. So stop arguing about which regional is worse and accept that it is a stepping stone to greater things.
I currently have interviews with XJT and RAH set. I am considering others as well. The decision about going to Mesa is not made yet, but the more I look at it the better it looks for myself and my career
There's a lot of pilots on these forums that just like to hate. Any regional pilot bashing another regional pilot for accepting a job is a hypocrite. Just ignore them. Congrats and good luck. All indications look like you've set yourself for fantastic career progression.
Compass and Mesa are the two best regionals out there right now for career progression.
