Few questions for guys currently at Mesa, if you wouldn't mind?

1) What is the trip mix like? Are there many day trips and two days, or is it all four day trips? Are they generally commutable?

2) Do you use line bidding or PBS? Do most people just get min days off?

3) I keep hearing this predictions for quick upgrades, but do you think they are likely? Are you seeing much attrition?
