Exactly. 2 years from now the pilot hired at Mesa will being sitting left seat while the pilot hired at Skywest or XJT will still be sitting reserve FO or barely holding a line. But theyre making that sweet SWEET Chedda with their "reputable" FO pay.
Ask 80ktsClamp how long he spent at the regionals. More importantly, ask him how long he was an FO.
Get in and get out, that's the way to go.
