They told me that Wheels up order something like 300 King Airs and they are hiring. I had only sat in one King Air cockpit prior to my interview ride in a King air 300, then went to the type rating course with SimuFlite (CAE) in Dallas/Ft Worth without having flown a turboprop (and in the civvie world to boot) for over 15+ years and I was able to make it through

They will teach you what you need to know. If you have KA time from the military (my sim partner was a two tour C-12 guy) - it was more lie a transition course for him. You'd be fine!
