I'll second this. Its a real simple question:
Why would you settle for a
second tier company when the first tier companies are hiring lots? Seriously. It really really really is worth waiting it out.
Go XJT, Republic, Skywest! Avoid airlines where lots of people are unhappy... they are that way for good reasons! It's not worth going there to try to find out why it's so bad. HUGE waste of your time.
Places like Mesa/TSA/Colgan will suck the life out of you and eventually you won't enjoy flying as much as you used to.
You have choices- make the best one!
