It seems like DPA having enough cards to call for a vote has been "right around the corner" for a while.
We do seem to be stuck right at the 50% point. We really need another 5 to 10% to be certain of winning. If we lose, you can't have another vote for 2 years per law. That's why we really need to be sure we'll win.
