OK.. here are a couple of bullet points.
Our TOTAL compensation is better than SWA. I will take our payrates PLUS the 401k contribution over their deal every day of the week. That and the fact that a captain at DAL makes more than both the captain AND FO at LCC combined....
Would you rather have the reserve system at AMR? I recently asked a couple of guys in my crashpad why they were there so much... didn't they have ling call, they asked me... dead seriously.. "what's long call?"
Do I want more money? Absolutely. Do we deserve more... Again.. absolutely. DO I think the doughnuts are gonna get me -88's 73% increase all in one fell swoop without giving up some of the other stuff we have, not a chance in hell....
