I disagree. Many filled out cards simply to rattle a saber. Shake things up a bit. I know a lot of guys who filled out a card and don't support DPA one iota. Not to mention, no one really knows how many active cards DPA actually has. They claim to have over 5000. But it's been almost 4 years, and still no vote.
