Just network and you'll be fine. Plenty of folks with your background at all majors. Just off sheer numbers you're going to hear of a lot more regional pilots hired because they're the majority of applicants. Stress your customer service and multiple roles you do (flight planning, etc) when you get an interview.
But do you think that a King Air 200 PIC will be able to get a job flying for a Major airline with 120 hours of Jet 121? Or do you think my chances would be greater at a 121 Airline building the all inclusive jet time? Something tells me that building jet time will be greater the chances than PIC in a King Air.
