Default Major Hiring

I was wondering is there anyone out there getting hired with little or no 121 time? I have a few months at a 121 carrier, but not much flight time? I was wondering if people are getting hired with little or no 121 time? Currently flying 91K/135

I ask because I got a part 135 job offer thats way better than a regional (QOL, pay ect..) But I want to go to JB, Spirit or a major but I feel like I'm missing something on my resume? I meet and exceed all requirements.

A guy in my old Reserve unit just got the nod at a legacy--91K plus Reseve heavies.

Thanks for the input.

Im currently 91K with no heavy time.

Was offered a KA200 PIC position. Wondering how this could help me go to the majors or a LLC. I'm just thinking its not going too....
I've been at the regionals and it's rough for the first year. I'd honestly like to skip it. But it really seems like they are picking up people from the 121 regional world and military. So it looks like it might be back to the regionals for me.

Just network and you'll be fine. Plenty of folks with your background at all majors. Just off sheer numbers you're going to hear of a lot more regional pilots hired because they're the majority of applicants. Stress your customer service and multiple roles you do (flight planning, etc) when you get an interview.

But do you think that a King Air 200 PIC will be able to get a job flying for a Major airline with 120 hours of Jet 121? Or do you think my chances would be greater at a 121 Airline building the all inclusive jet time? Something tells me that building jet time will be greater the chances than PIC in a King Air.

Jet time always looks better on your resume, regardless with airlines or not.

Diddo, turbo prop time is great time, but jet time really is a good thing to have too.
