Honest question: why would you consider a regional when you could have good QOL flying a King Air with the prospect of moving up to Assistant Chief in less than a year?

If this startup is Wheels Up I've heard nothing but good things about them, and their King Airs are outfitted with some awesome stuff.

Jet time isn't everything if that's what's holding you back.
