If this startup is Wheels Up I've heard nothing but good things about them, and their King Airs are outfitted with some awesome stuff.

Jet time isn't everything if that's what's holding you back.
Because I am looking at it in a 5 year prospect. And trying to make myself much more marketable to a Major airline.

No It is not Wheels Up. I have been trying to set up an interview with them but not totally sure thats going to be a good option for me at this point. I don't think I meet their requirements for PIC and I don't see value in SIC King Air.

The only advantage I see with this King Air opportunity besides pay and QOL is its more PIC time and with the "prospect" of becoming Assistant chief pilot, that would be something else that most regional FO's do not have (not knocking any regional FO).

Anyone with an experience like this? I see a lot of talk about Turboprop PIC time (121 or 135) not really helping people progress to the Majors. I could be wrong.
