Couple of things:
Probably at least 5 crews per plane mininum because of new rest rules.
Attrition should go up: more pilots working there then percentage wise more pilots leaving per month (600 pilots/5 leave per month....1200 pilots/10 leave per month).
Different plane type will probably require a tad more pilots for coverage.
Not all of the majors have been hiring. More are now. Should hopefully increase movement.
