ACP might be a good resume booster, but if there's no AMEL TPIC in sight, I would lean towards the regionals. It depends on how much priority you place on QOL vs. Career Progression.
If you're still flying the PC12, maybe stay long enough to get 1000 hours TPIC since that number does at least allow to apply to a lot of majors.
Yah unfortunately I am coming to the conclusion that my who career is useless.
