King Air job, but:

Try to get the magic 1000 turbine PIC as soon as possible, as this likely "triggers" your application/resume at the various majors as being "lets take a look at him". The ACP job looks good under a leadership/management category and you will likely make contacts at the FAA and other departments this way, which is never negative. The leadership/management block is another "trigger" the majors like.

"taking a job at a regional" does not offer ANY of the above benefits and it is not all about TT or Total turbine, it is the type of background that counts also. Get that degree done also.
