I went to Almaty 15-20 times, before we stopped, but never "in the middle of the night", in fact never in the dark. Arrivals and departures were always in the 1100-1400 range. Also, who uses the term "hard IFR"? Nobody I know. He has knowledge around the margins but always fails when he gets into specifics.
Anyone know how long FedEx has required the degree?
Just saw this from Mr. Brain in the majors thread. Got me wondering.....
