You know it was. The way DALPA and NWALPA handled the same period was drastically different however. DALPA went out of their way to take care of the very junior among us and spread the pain across the entire list.

You guys seem to have a major beef with ALPA which I really still don't get but DALPA as an individual association has done an outstanding job navigating the worst of times IMO. Look back over its history for even more perspective. I'd hate to see that tossed for some unproven group of sketchy characters with absolutely no track record.

We need to form a stronger bond with our other airline brethren to have any hope in the future. Not splinter in to individual fiefdoms with separate agendas.
