We don't "out" people here on APC, but slowplay was a long time entrenched bureaucrat in the Delta MEC administration and a lock step disciple of Lee Moak. Slowplay and many of the Moak disciples were thrown out of their positions when the new MEC threw out Tim O'Malley. Slowplay is now doing the same work he did for DALPA now for Lee Moak at ALPA national.
