I agree completely. This should not be discussed in the open and I apologize for throwing you newbies under the bus like that. I just think before the "under two year upgrade fanatical ism" gets thrown around and discussed. You guys and gals should be patient and get the skill and experience before you jump to the left seat. It will come with time, it's a big jump over to a jet for some and there is a lot to learn.
