UAL 777 CA at what would have been the end of Contract 2000 was 316.45. I believe that would have been in 2003.
DAL's pre BK contract would have been 319.61 in 2004.
Those rates will be MORE than 10 years old before new rates are negotiated.
Actually, I'm fairly certain that the DAL Contract 2000 last active B777 CA rate was $337.
