I'd have to go through all the UAL's financials from the time the CBA took effect till 9/11.
And I'm sure the pretty charts/graphs would correspond with the increase in labor costs. But I wonder how much it TRULY affected UAL's bottom line?
No matter. I think it was Jake Brace that was asked in 2001 in an interview how well UAL was doing with the increase in labor costs after contract 2000. With downward turn the the economy was taking at that time, he said something along the lines of "we'll be getting that money back out of labor'
