Was actually thinking about that 750,000,000 USD... Could this be a loan to acquire the purchased E175s from UAL whereas MAG could not originally acquire the capital and needed the original startup from UAL for Embraer purchases? Could this come with the LOA to operate these aircraft under the UAX brand? Hypothetical?
Emb won't sell us planes after the bankruptcy. We basically dumped leases on a fleet of e145s over night. If there's any e175 buying, it would be transferring ownership of the united, from what I can imagine.
