They have ask for voluntary leave of absence for increments through the new year. Hiring is usually very weak for all airlines through the holidays. It should ramp up again in January, especially with forecast attrition you should get a call. All airlines should start a steady hiring trend starting this next year. If you have a viable means of income, wouldn't be a bad idea to wait a few months. I believe it will be new hire FO's in the Ejet. And you would be in the top seniority of that aircraft.
