I don't see pibs in the future. But doesn't it seem like they have squeezed us as much as they can, with the optimizer? I know that going to an all Boeing fleet with require less pilots. But my question is, if their goal is 3000 to 3600 pilots, why aren't they able to do that right now?
Would you mind saying what training track you heard this on?? Just Curious.
