I was there too...the room with the regional booths was sparse and pretty much empty once lunch came and went. I think more people would consider them if they would pay a livable wage ($40-60/hr for FOs and $90-120/hr for CAs). That pay model worked fine when they could hire college grads with 1000 hours of ASEL time, but given the requirements to have an ATP and the movement at the majors, few pilots who are qualified to fly 121 would be willing to fly for $20,000 a year anymore.
