I don't know specifically, but I'd say know the limitations on the aircraft you currently fly, be able to read a Jep chart, and study the 'Delta Test', which you can google to find info. Here's a start -

Seems like airline interviews are fairly uniform, so American Eagle, XJet and other gouges would probably be just as helpful.
