Stop with the straw men Bar. I never once said you thought it was right, legal or smart. My criticism of you is that you blame this entire episode on DPA because of DPA's existence. Worse, you are trying to portray DPA as purposely harming a (potentially) Delta pilot(s) by not breaking Federal law and covering this up. Try not to be so blatant in your deflection and dissembling.

DPA will not be the one to make a Federal case of it Bar. Only the US attorney can decide that. DPA (or any entity) cannot cover up a known Federal illegality. DPA folks could go to jail if they conspire to obstruct justice. I know you know this, so why do you keep ignoring it? Do you think you will be able to fool people if you just keep ignoring it?

I see. DPA is volatile by following the law, and (potentially) DALPA is non-volatile by breaking Federal law? Shameful Bar.

"Prank" must be the latest update of DALPA talking points. I'll have to check my email for the latest. Computer hacking and disrupting interstate commerce is not a prank Bar, they are Federal crimes. Funny how you call actual crimes a prank, but following the law by reporting them shows bad judgment. You sure you're not Nancy Pelosi?

I know Nancy, following the law is petty, vindictive and lacking in strategic thought. And it has imperiled the DPA from the beginning of 0 cards to 5,500 cards. We clearly must change strategies. Maybe we can hire you Nance?
