The part about South Florida 135 operators is generally true, but Reva is an exception.
Everything else you allege is contrary to what I've seen there. I've been treated well and never felt pressured to do anything. In fact, there are times when I want to come home after a 135 drop and management insists we get a room and fly back the next day.
