Numbers from last Flight Operations update:

Mainline fleet in 2012 ... 571
Mainline fleet in 2017 ... 713 (incl. airbus order)

RJ fleet 2012 .... 598
RJ fleet 2017 .... 445 (expected revision to 420)

Using objective numbers Contract 2012's Section 1 is functioning in concert with the airline's business plan.
