The Delta Employee discounts will get you a no-haggle price just over invoice. Print out the form and bring it to the dealer
Then negotiate down from the DAL Employee pricing with the true car insight. There's usually still wiggle room to get well below invoice.

I used USAA/Truecar. My wife's RAV4 was $21,400 all in, including taxes. My Tacoma 4x4 crewcab w tow package was $27,800 all in including tax. This was with all incentives applied and financed for 1 year because it saved me an additional $1000/vehicle. I really don't think you can do better than I did. These were not stripped down vehicles, we got everything you could want. There were thousands of dollars in incentives applied. The Rav window sticker was $28588, the Tacoma sticker was $35,300.
While we were there, they asked if we had a vehicle we wanted to sell/trade...we didn't. A couple months later, my wife said she liked the Rav so much she wasn't going to drive her mini cooper S any more. So, I put it on craigslist and meanwhile took it by the Toyota dealer...they checked it out, drove it and offered me $500 less than I had it listed for on craigslist...done.
