IMHO, someone with no life and no kids needs to go ahead and petition the NMB for a vote and take this out of the hands of the DPA, or ALPA.

I'm tempted, but my written support for ALPA would surely result in the DPA claiming it was some sort of a nefarious plot by ALPA.

If I get bored, really, really bored .... .
