You're not the only one to notice this. The only thing I can come up with is they may have been slacking in purging the list for a while. Must have gone through and taken out all the zombie numbers (retirements from last year etc).

Edit: FreighterGuy beat me too it. Yeah, seems like the yearly update, 200 numbers seems about right for the whole year.
