Document 118 is third party document related to the LOA 67 negotiations. RAH and F9 requested that this document remain sealed due to the fact that RAH was trying to sell F9 and they wanted the highest price possible. The only thing you will learn as a result of the release of this document is the sale of F9 is final (which is why it is being released, the argument for keeping it sealed no longer exists).
