Um, Delta, Airways, and UAL bankruptcies are long done. American is now out. While in many cases pensions were decimated I don't recall scope being something targeted during bankruptcy proceedings. But since then I believe recent Delta and UAL CBA's have tightened scope, depending on one's interpretation.

You need to go back and review history! SCOPE was targeted during BK. Just this last one, AA had a limit on the number of 65 seaters that could be operated and by whole. It was to less that 50 airframes, management just ordered almost twice that amount 76 seaters with many more options and they already have RAH set to operate 47 of them.
